The demonstration workflow - which lets the user select QuickTime file or folder of QuickTime files, compress them to either MPEG-4 .mp4 or QuickTime .mov format with the most current settings you’ve used in QuickTime Pro, & then copy them to iTunes & set information for the files so that you can easily categorize, search, automate smart playlists, etc. - is included to show how one might use the actions in workflow that could be run from Automator, saved as application or even scheduled as iCal calendar event.
